A special mid-week House Update with Daniel from @thisisashville as we have had the new wooden stairs installed. Daniel insists on calling the RSJ's 'Steels' annddddd... we play a good ol fashioned mature game of Slapsies!

The thickness of the strings on that staircase show its quality 44mm - 50mm. Nice.

Living in the U.S. and seeing how different construction is in the UK is always interesting. Everything from the different contractors and how buildings are built everything from the A/C to the fine details.

at this point the logo should just be "YIANNI LOGO." 😂
On a train you would see a small room for washing and called a Toilet, and another small room called a Lavatory for doing 1s and 2s.

For sound proofing and fire reasons you should board the ceiling before building the stud wall, plus a lot easier/quicker when it comes to boarding

Get some spare filters for the vent axia units, as Daniel “not shook” Ashville said there will be dust in the air for weeks after.
All jokes aside Daniels work ethic(staff) is next level.9/10 times peoples vision for their property is never completely done but you 💯 can see that in this build!!,
And that tiling is next level genuinely really impressed with this build from both yianni and Daniel’s side 👍

Yianni/Daniel:
Need to install a minimum of 150MM MOT type 3 , 70MM of 14MM open textured macadam binder course and 18MM resin bound gravel.
Daniel needs to leave 88MM from your edging for the macadam and resin.
We are specialist contractors who can price for the front driveway and any hard landscaping.
That's quite possibly the smoothest sponsored section of a video I've seen on TH-cam
hope you have water softener as with black sink and toilet limescale will building up and turn it white

Yan - why not go for a 'short throw 4K laser projector' in your media room instead of a conventional projector.... saves on space and will get you a bigger viewing picture, a better picture - 150 inch if you want it..!!! I'm having one in my new build :)

Great work- I would have recommended a hardwood for stairs! That will 100% creak in and year / two.
Depends on the quality of softwood and the way it’s been made. Hardwood is pointless if it’s getting carpeted
