About Travellers Rest:

Travellers Rest is a tavern management game where you can brew your own beer, run a farm, and build relationships. You are an innkeeper, on a journey to transform a run-down tavern into a bustling social space. Based in a cheerful fantasy setting, Travellers Rest is a place to meet people, explore new places and uncover ancient magic. Along your journey you’ll discover new things to brew, farm, cook, and build to create your perfect fantasy tavern.
Crafting and progression
Brew beers, distil spirits, and make wines. Create the perfect crisp lager or the wildest sour. Travellers Rest will allow you to discover and craft a whole array of food, drink, and items. Along this journey you'll gain experience to level-up and further customise your character. Spend your points in six technology trees relating to nature, building, cooking, brewing, socialising, and magic!
Tavern
Build and manage your own fantasy tavern! Fully customise it with furniture, cosmetics, decorations, and entertainment for your guests. Increase your tavern reputation over time to earn rewards and unlock more options to make your dream tavern.
Management
Plan and manage your tavern to meet customer demands. Prepare for the weekend rush or a big visitor, such as a famous bard or royalty. Create specific food and drink for the current season or the latest craze.

Yay Tavern Keeper is back! Wow the tutorial is a bit much. I would have just liked a little more guidance than giving lots of tools. Make a miniquest system to introduce the vendors in the city. They added a feedback channel on their discord, if anyone is motivated. Really like this game and just played a few months ago. I'll probably start a new playthrough much later as restarting after around 100hrs in my current game will be rough. That should give the devs some time to smooth out the bumps. In the mean time, would love to see all the changes, more please!!

I do love this game very much. It is so much fun. Hectic to start with but later when you are higher levels and the tavern is bustling with lots of people you can just sit there and bask in the chaos...

Thanks, fixed! I dont know what is going on with YT messing up many of my playlists. It's suppoesd to add new videos in the order they are published, and goodness knows I have been releasing them in number order.

Yeah, that whole tavern keeper king nonsense sounds like it belongs in that comedy tavern game from earlier. No idea what they were thinking.
But if you just scroll to 6:25 and ignore it the game is actually enjoyable to watch/play

@@owbu Thank you! Indeed, the gameplay has nothing to do with the ridiculous story. You are managing a tavern, not being a king. I am completely addicted to the game, cant stop playing. It is really fun.

I think in the future, they might add a skip button for tutorial on a new game.
(tutorial is around 2 hrs)
