Literally just started almost through a whole season and had no idea the location was so large! Wish we had a map because I thought it was way smaller.
Minor correction, you don't need to wait till the next day for the fisher girl to give you the battered rod, she'll call you back shortly after you apologize for bothering her. Not sure if it's based on moving away from her, I just do so naturally, but she called for me to wait just before she's offscreen. Minor tip for fishing tutorial, use a worm or larva as bait for your first cast because you will always catch garbage on your first attempt so no point wasting the other types.
Here is one more for you: Place your tables the way the initial one is set (not like you did) - then you can both clean and serve ALL customers at that table from one location at the head of it.
I've gone for so long wondering where the fishing rod is and hadn't taken the time to look for it because of distractions. Good to know I walked right past it multiple times.
Good tip for early mid game. Be conscious of the type of hops, yeast, and malts needed for your drinks. The more overlap there is, the easier it is to keep stocked without cluttering your inventory and boxes. No four take all the same stuff, but if you can find two that take, say, toasted corn malt, and two that take malted wheat, then of those four, two take bitter hops and two take galaxy hops, and they all take lager yeast, those four will keep your taps full on minimal space needed for supplies. In the basement, make sure you have at least four racks of five aging barrels. These four different drinks can ferment in their own rack and you just pull a single stack of aged alcohol as you need it, replacing it with the same unaged alcohol. For the kegs, fruit juice is crazy easy to make, and the berry bushes planted early in their season can produce a ridiculous amount of fruit, or tea if you go for leaves, but presses take up less space and ovens are best left to making food.
i was completely lost about the blueprints because certain items said that they could be crafted at a workstation and i was like uhhh no i thought that i might unlock them eventually but now i understand thanks, they really should make that more obvious
Despite playing TR since the update dropped I still watched this video :) I need to redo my fields like make a bigger wheat/rye & hops fields, maybe make one field zone for crops that have more than 1 harvest like grapes and tea. At lvl 8 I think I will prioritize crops that are trending in the week/season or crops that yield more in that specific season :)
This is not a starting tip but a good one, workstations of the same type put next to each other draw from the same items around them, I ahve 2 sawmills next to each other with like 16 firewood stock piles and 6 board stock piles (plus the two added work station and a large chests), I ahve a simler set up for smalter (19 coal stock piles and 7 quenching tanks). But converting to wood into 21 firewood, then only using 1 energy to make coal is amazing. I have posted images of my set ups on the official discord.
Thanks for the tips, I was wondering what to do with all the trash from fishing. Also, I've found you can start the fireplace anytime after 7pm without getting the "too hot" notification, so I do it early before being told it's too cold.
I'd been wondering how to get the fishing rod! I've got so much bait piling up from digging all the dig spots, but somehow I completely failed to notice the dock.
Thx for the guide. However I have some issue, some building can't be craft so I have no choice to buy from them instead, kinda bummer since can be slow to progress but I'm still enjoy the update.
Could you explain more about the relation between fireplace and the rented rooms? Are you saying that if the rooms are occupied i should keep the fire going? Thank you for this video!
Good vid. Been playing on and off for years but I’m never sure if I should actually invest and play a lot. Is now a good time to try to do a full playthrough or should I wait for 1.0?
If you think you might get enjoyment out of it now, go for it. They tend to do regular updates. And often 1.0s come with a higher price tag, so if that's a selling point, grabbing it early is nice.
I have an issue. My housekeeper just don't go to his job after I open the tavern. What I can do to this? (Also when I open tavern and go outside, housekeeper just passes tavern and just go right at the path)
@MakeWayForCat I've tried to place it to it have enough space from every side. Maybe it was some glitch. I'll try to launch it next time and see is it good.
hello, I have a question about where to buy seeds, the game has a new update that makes it impossible to buy any goods through the post box, and the merchants in the town have very little for sale
There's a stall with fruit and vegetables, with 2 girls staffing it - the one on the right sells seeds, while the one on the left sells fruit and vegetables :)
1. Make sure the correct door is on it. It's the one with the silver plate. 2. If you have a candle light and you don't have an inn keeper, switch to a lantern so you don't have to worry about lighting it. 3. Check your floor mapping that it isn't marked as kitchen (blue) or tavern (orange).
Trash game , now they removed getting honey stable way and for each buying have to walk soo much again . Also reducing quantity of dishes again . Not to mention even with passive for pouring dirnk passive player feels still much slow even with 2 updates . 🙄😤😮💨🤨

Hey good tip about the crafters pulling from a chest in their area.
Right!! the tutorial just throws us into the deep end with no guidance 😂

Yes! There's a reason they're called ....blue...prints. and even the construction table has a blueprint on it that's...blue.

Same! I thought it was maybe locked behind a certain level or something. I was so confused!
Thank you, this was very helpful! ❤

I start my game befor the update, my question is where I can find roots. Actually I dont find roots when I dig the X‘s or on other places.
Digging the Xs is the only way I've found to get roots
@@MakeWayForCat Thank you, I will try more 😁

The desk may be setup incorrectly or blocked. Try moving it to see if anything changes.
