This is the first series I’ve related to probably the most. It makes me cry everytime I even watch an edit- just hits way too hard. The acting was so well done and realistic (in most scenes. Some where a bit over dramatic but honestly not that much). And tbh- even though there’s stuff that’s overdone.. compared to other dramas it blows them out of the water.
I'm sad that it makes you cry my dear, hugs from over here in Michigan ❤ I was startled when I began watching this series because the content was so raw and emotional....sometimes it made me relive scenes or phrases in my head for hours afterward. I don't know how to describe it but this became one of my favorites.

I lived a tortured life but even all the abused that happened, I chose to have love and God by my side. The only difference is I cannot really show my emotions and reality is you can go on with life and you can forgive, But the memories and nightmares will never go away. I can't really show love. I fear to love. I've dated but I push everyone away once they get too close to me. I want to experience all that love offers but I won't let anyone in. I love from a distance I care about people but I can never be hurt again. This show touched me deeply.

I’m so happy it turned out well in the end.. not gonna spoil it too much Incase someone hasn’t seen it.. but god this just hits hard and I just wanted to comfort Jun, yeo, and Nam so-Hyeon… gosh this drama was amazing but why does it have to be so painful😭😭😭
The part where joon cried for days was relatable. I also cried for hours realising all the sacrifices that the brother did for him. Worst part was thinking how I didn’t realise it sooner. All the signs were there. The parents abused him but warned him not to mention it to his brother. The brother was the one paying for his house and all other expenses. The brother transferred to a different university leaving the prestigious SNU He insisted on giving him ride whenever possible. He told him to stay away from his parents. He only wanted to protect him. He threw his own life away and became the perfect person that his parents wanted and hoped that they wouldn’t expect that from his little bro and that way he could protect him but it went all wrong :( he thought that he could make all the money and let his little bro live his life freely but :(
The part when you realise that ju wan and nam soo hyun are in extremely similar positions. Both sacrificed their life and got misunderstood for trying to protect their little brothers.

Wish the oldest brother got more credit for protecting his youngest brother...he needed his own happy ending he endured a lot as well
But he didn't go about it the right way though it caused more pain for his younger brother
