AOA. I am confused about calculation of days for salary. If a salaried person have 26 present days are we liable to pay him full monthly salary. As employee has 4 allowed weekly off but one extra absent in a 31 day month. I am basing this on the Punjab Minimum wage notification which stated "Rs. 25,000/- per month (for 26 working days)" . Any law reference will be really helpful.
