I like to conclude Mr Yeo's speech ( who is described as a THINKER, STRATEGIST AND A Man of Action) : After having found the meaning of life in our inward journey, we have to relate to people outside who "because of our differences we live in harmony together "

Not necessarily so. George Yeo may be a loss to The government but he is a huge gain to Singapore overall. His effective in government is constrained in many ways; the culture, system, politics will drive his effectiveness and contribution. PAP is a machinery, it can do without George and there are many generals to replace him. Leaving politics allow George to experience businessman, research, the Vatican which further enhance his knowledge, wisdom, broader experience and makes him who he is today. He is now more free to speak his mind and from his heart.
From 2.50 he is talking about his own "dilemma" when with pap. Trying to explained away his "dilemma". Actually there was no dilemma carrying out the party policy. Only after karma striked then he start to regret.
I always have great respect for speakers that speaks without a prepared script. It shows that person speaks from his or her heart.
