by far the most painful one to stock grind for me. high repair cost keeps it pretty low on my list of liked vehicles, however you make it seem effortless. great work!
any trick to how you smoothly maintain 299 in your initial climbs? Usually have a hard time setting the plane to sit at 299, do I just need to practice more with the mouse?
I have a video on climbing coming soon that will explain everything in detail. As for making small adjustments with the mouse, try keeping the heel of your hand planted on your mousepad and moving the mouse only with the grip of your thumb and fingers.
@@Renta352 Much appreciated. Air combat is the only thing I have tried where I havent been able to quickly get better at it. I appreciate your videos (my favorite out of all the channels) and also use all of your custom skins - great attention to detail.
Sorry to post here but by chance have you ever made a skin for the Captured FW 190 A-8 (USA) that you could release? Have searched high and low and the only 1 I found was outdated. Thank you for your work, has made my gameplay so much more enjoyable
All Fw.190A skins are interchangeable to a degree, including the USAAF one and the NC.900. That's why almost no one makes skins exclusively for those aircraft. What you need to do is to create a user skin template for the USAAF plane, take the .blk file out of the "template_" folder it creates, and put it in the folder with the Fw.190 skin files you want. Then, edit the contents of the .blk such that the "to:" lines are referring to the skin files in the new folder, rather than the ones it came with in the "template_" folder. Match "_a" or "_c" file to "_a" or "_c" file, "_a_dmg" to "a_dmg", "_n" to "_n", and so on for every "to:" line that was already in the .blk from the start. Leave the "from:" lines alone. I don't have the captured A-8, but I might be able to make this .blk myself if I download that skin for it off of War Thunder Live. Then I could re-upload a skin of your choice with this .blk. It would only work for skin files with specific names, though.
@@Renta352 Thank you so much, I did make a request on WTlive today but no reply's as yet. I'll try the method you've suggested and as for colour scheme, anything that would fit original camouflage of the A-8. Its just that Red is too much and I hoped there was a skin I could have worked towards. Again Thank you and allot of people would use it.
why do you pick stealth belt for the 15 mm? I usually use air targets because it sets enemy on fire intantly and contains enough tracers to fire accurately
@@Renta352 - thanks for the quick reply. I fly with stick, throttle and realistic controls in air RB and use the views almost in reverse of you. I fly primarily in virtual and go to third person for advanced situational awareness.
@Desi I use realistic controls, not sim. It's a step below and differs in that you dont trim the aircraft. Not as many people in sim. you spend a lot of time chasing dots. It's REALLY cool when you outfly someone using a mouse.

Now try stock grind P-51D-30, that thing turns worse than Fw 190 A-8 until you get engine injection.
German planes are just so sexy.
finally a adam514 that actually knows( RMB/Z) zoom button exists
This video made me revisit the 190s.
I’ve been watching your videos. You do a great job!
Thanks!
Looks like the Do217 was threatening HIM
An underrated channel

Aesthetics. I like how the 20mm tracers are all equally spaced and in line with one another, and 13mm tracers mess up that cool pattern.
Isn't it better the F-8 version since it always appears in the air? Also, it suits really well the br. Nice vid.
Both the A-8 and F-8 have interceptor air spawns.
@@Renta352 The F8 is only better because it is at 4.7, instead of 5.0. Honestly, I prefer the F8 more.
@@blackkai1238 Now it has the attacker air spawn. It's so good I think Gaijin will put it at 5.0 or 5.3 soon.

why do you switch to cockpit view then virtual then back to third person? what are you looking at in those views?
I'm using the horizon indicator to aim for a specific climb angle.

No.
