正次郎鋏刃物工芸｜千葉県伝統工芸品｜伝統的な「火造り技法」にこだわった刃物鍛冶

現在は五代目と六代目が中心となってプロ仕様のものから
日常的に使える鋏や包丁を全て手作りで行っている。
高温の前で設計図も型もない中で鉄を何度も何度も熱して叩き鍛える。
大胆な工法に見える中、刃には一本一本接地面など多くの工夫が施されている。
竹の柄など新しい作品も作りながら、職人は他の職人のために、
そして我々のために日夜打ち続け、磨く日々を送っている。
The fifth and sixth generations of the family now make
all scissors and knives for daily use by hand.
