  • Princess Treatment Self Concept Affirmations * manifest princess treatment guided meditation
    Instructions:
    To be used at least 2, 3 times per day, preferably at night before going to sleep.
    Before this meditation, preferably to be in a calm and relaxed mood, in a safe and comfortable space where you can deeply focus on the affirmations.
    This is a guided meditation with "I am" affirmations on a relaxing background music with theta brainwaves which is an extra boost for impressing your subconscious mind. In between affirmations there is a period left for another 2 repetitions.
    The affirmations are meant to be repeated in your mind, once along with the meditation and then another 2 more times, and with a lot of focus on the new belief. Try to think of it as if it is true and like you would already be that person in this present moment. If your mind comes with reasons and examples in your life to confirm the new beliefs, then this is a good sign that the beliefs are being accepted and integrated.
    It is ok if some beliefs seem unusual or foreign, because the goal is to integrate the new beliefs and make a change in ourselves which takes time. So persisting with the meditation, multiple times is necessary until the beliefs seem more natural.
    If there are certain beliefs that are triggering and very difficult to believe, you can take an extra step and investigate why it seems so hard to believe them and what in your life has happened to make it feel this way. Maybe there are some other deeper things that you need to work on for your self concept as extra to this meditation.
    Also with time, you can also expect more self talk during the day, where your mind is contradicting your old thoughts with the new ones. This is normal as you are literally changing the way you've been used to think for a long time. This is another way of persisting in the new thoughts, outside of the meditation.
    The purpose of the meditation is not to be able to affirm these new beliefs with ease and just to feel good, but the purpose is to actually see changes in our life. These changes should be:
    Thinking differently, more positively about ourselves and others, with thoughts in alignment with the new beliefs and feeling naturally
    Feeling different on the inside and about ourselves, more confident, positive
    Generating new behaviors in alignment with the new beliefs that come from ourselves and our own intuition/inspiration
    Seeing the world in a different way in alignment with the new beliefs
    Manifesting new circumstances in alignment with the new beliefs and desired outcome
    No subliminals have been added to this meditation.
