@@HighFrequencyGuru It’s also a psychological reason. For example a lot of women have this after they got out of purity culture. Some have it that extreme, that not even a tampon fits in her vagina. A lot of women suffer from this. In English it’s called vaginism. It also gets extremely into sexual confidence and body confidence, cause you feel like the cause for your boyfriend can’t have penetration for example.
I think the affirmation tape could also include confidence in your sexual body and being a sexual and sensual woman, being over any sexual trauma, being in peace with your body and you as a sexual being, relaxed pelvic muscles, letting go and especially trust and safety and security in your womanhood, sex, sexual body.
