Hi there. Thank you for stopping by. We had a balcony state room. We were fortunate, because the room we were assigned (we didn't get to pick it) had an unusually large balcony for it's class due to the location on the ship. Immediately next to us was a utility room that wasn't occupied by passengers allowing our balcony to effectively double in that space. It was fortuitous for sure. With that said, a regular balcony is still very nice. Hope you enjoy your cruise as much as we did! :)
Norway is not small in terms of area. Norway is about 1.3 times bigger than the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is approximately 243,610 sq km, while Norway is approximately 323,802 sq km, making Norway 33% larger than the United Kingdom. (UK comprises England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.) If we include Svalbard, which is also part of Norway, the country is larger than Germany. Otherwise, a great video from Norway. Greetings from Norway.
@@steinarhaugen7617 Great information, thank you for sharing. We love your country - so beautiful and such nice people 🙂 We were struck by how wonderfully underpopulated Norway is. As you mention, it’s a rather large country in terms of area but with less than 6 million inhabitants. Makes for open spaces and lovely uncluttered landscapes 😍
What class of room did you book? We're looking at the same cruise next year and I love the idea of that big balcony.

@@IdahoVoyager We ended up booking an aft balcony room so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for responding.
@@dakotapie I’ve heard aft balconies are great! Hope you have a wonderful time.
