i feel like if i was alone i would do good, but then when i have to go to swimming (as a school thing) i don't want to do 2 and 3 bc i feel like im gonna do it wrong and people are gonna judge.
Make bubbles when in underwater if you will look at the third video carefully you can see they are making bubbles but if you know how much you should open your mouth for whistling, make the same and then blow slowly and then after practicing this try to let your feet go from the ground and if you will practice this soon you can do the first step

Then, kick your legs with someone supporting your head. Try and move your arms too. Then, try without the float and practice moving arms. Make sure your legs are well kicking and then ask the person if they can slowly let go off your head support.
You need to do the frog which is really easy try in the non swimmer pool and watch some tutorials then when you got it learn how to float then your ready for the deep water
Why bro... I learned floating on first day... just fill your lungs with air hold the wall and loose your legs and let them go up... after 10 minutes do it without holding wall..

This is how I learned but I would venture to say that many beginners have a fear of water that would prevent them from properly executing these techniques. I took lessons at my local YMCA and the instructor was paramount to me being able to relax enough to actually try these steps for the first time. I don’t know that if I could have done it on my own.
