Thanks for watching the video 3 AMAZING Websites Using Storytelling
Anyways, RAN, you're the only one who brings us such inspirational projects and websites... We would never have even DREAMED of such websites existing, but now we have an idea of the possibilities... These kind of inspirations really do evolve our minds into thinking out of the box... Once again... Thank You Ran Segall! You're the best!
For me the JUST Egg website had a perfectly-formed message perfectly told. We are led intuitively into continuous scrolling right at the start, so there is no confusion even with complex graphical representations of data. Enough variety in colour, form and function to be interesting, without being art for art's sake or confusing (unlike the flowers one). The big win here has been in the storyboarding, which has enabled the graphics guys to party.
These examples are really awesome, no question about it. And as designer it is very worth studying them. But somehow I'm having the feeling that the effort to create them might have been a factor higher than the impact it is making in the readers mind and buying decisions. In terms of impact the shoes might have been the best example, because the story was rather short, and the huge wow effect was probably combined with a ridiculously high shoe price. Multiple great lessons here in this video. Thanks, Ran!
Thanks Ran!
You are doing amazing work :)
havent been here for a while and I actually really like the intro!
The first website's graphics look sick! ❤️
And pretty racist.
does anyone know how to do the 2nd site 3d render? its easy to animate on scroll, but idk how to do millions of points in 3d..idk how to explain but hopefullt somebody knows haha
Amazing websites exeperince Thank Ran and congrats to team behind this websites ❤👌
RAN! Please do a tutorial on interactive/sandbox homepages whereby the user could decorate the homepage.
Excellent video Ran, it is very inspiring. I am a developer and I need to practice implementing such designs. Is there a place where I can download design files for free? I checked dribble and Behance but they seem to showcase only pictures and not the source files. I want to practice using design handoff and delivering the finished result. Thanks in advance for any reply.
Hey Ran,
Please tell us atlst how one of these websites can be made from webflow and whats the process of creating it
AMAZING RAN.
Ok the Flowers for society website blew my mind away, I think I am gonna go ahead and stick to video editing and animations, web design at this level seems way too complex to master in a short term lol
Really great sites….well done.
Great job man
can we build the last one in webflow ?
You say the parallax flip book is simple CSS. Can you explain it to me? I can design the whole thing but I'd love to see this simple code.
i want to learn to code all of that... so sad that the fist website went wasted on that topic tho.
Could anyone please help me wid the roadmap to learn these sorta interactive websites
As a aspiring developer I'm always wondering whether these sites are accessible or just looks. They are very good for the regular sighted visiter but not so much for others.
These websites are epic!!
Amazing!
Thank you so much
How all this website will be look at mobile 📱 view. I'm little confused. But overall I like it. And I think i can do something like that very soon
Hi, is it possible to design a website like Flowers for Society? any no code/ low code platform that can help me build something like this?
Great bro
does they also have same effects on mobile? i cant imagine implementing this on mobile and making such a responsive site
The egg one has it and it's lit!
@@unpollo93 holy shit! It’s so dope on mobile!
It takes lot of time to load on mobile and in shared hosting i hope coz normal slider itself loads a lot in shared hosting and mobile devices
Guys, how to they make this kind of website? Coding?
really amazing website
Do you have a referral discount code?
Well done
love it
hi ran, by chance in the webflow masterclass is it possible to add a tutorial of the first website?
It's not css. It's webgl.
What an amazing video! what great examples! I have to mention though that the title of the book is kind of oxymoronic
okay.... so the flower website finally loaded... but after scrolling through the whole website... I have NO CLUE what the whole website/business/company/institute is about... Now I'm starting to think I'm dumb 🤡
Hello! I run a content agency that focuses on creating social media content for clients and we are touching on web design, wanting to learn more! Do you offer reviews of websites either here on TH-cam or on request? Would love to get your feedback on our current website to learn what we can do better!
Great content, learning a lot already just from watching your videos! :)
How does a regular designer even begin such a project? I'd like to hack this process. This is the kind of design I'd like to do.
Nice Brader im Bangladeshi
He in the whole video:
"this smooth transition is like... like... *I don't know* "
"the whole website is like... like... *I don't know* "
"everything here placed is here is... is... *I don't know* "

after watching this my websites looks so bad
I feel you!😅
Watch flux intro at 0.5× and thank me later
If it's telling a story then it ought not to use such complex navigation. The first one looks more intuitive, easy to navigate and read, but the other two are too complicated and taxing on the brain. I mean the average website visitor is not a designer to navigate this maze of complicated graphics.
You just gotta scroll. We are so use to scrolling that we do it automatically. In my opinion
Sorry man, but that's ZERO storytelling. None.
