13 and an half years free from heroin and drugs. There are MANY ways to get clean. If faith based is not your cup of tea, you can still find help from other places. Everyone’s journey is different. Please reach out to someone if you’re struggling. I’ve lost so many freinds and family members to this and I k is the pain. The freedom from the self loathing and hatred is the best gift you can ever give yourself and your family that loves you.
i prefer a mixture of car soap and bleach to stay clean and mold free... don't mind the noxious gas cloud that i have over me.

hi Zach, ive been subscribed for years, and loved your content. I never knew you struggled with addiction in the past. I am 28 and I smoke weed, every day now, for almost 10 years. After so many times trying to quit, i see now that i have addiction. I hope knowing that you do the stuff, i probbably would do, if i quit smoking, that i can overcome my addiction. Im going to find proffecional help, and make something of my life. Thank you for all your motivation ✌

Amazing piece of work well done. The part where you talk about noticing the little masterpieces and miracles happening all around struck a chord. Do everything you can to acknowledge those moments when the children around you are able to see them. From experience I can say that those memories will be life shaping.
