I can confidently agree that the supra is one of the best all around cars ever made. Can handle huge power with little work. Sexy as hell and the interior is literal perfection. Easy to work on and super reliable too!
Yeah it's pretty impressive, and that's 1000 torques applied through a racing clutch that isn't going to slip and racing tyres on a prepped race track. If you think about it there is no way you could generate enough load on the street with less traction to ever break one no matter how much power you were making.

Im not an expert in this stuff but, at 8.06 looking at the pistons what happened ? And why did he use a donor 2jz afterwards ? Did the supra 2jz had issues then ?

You mean it took almost 1000 torques to grenade the diff what was Toyota thinking when they made the Supra its just a master piece waiting to be tuned

That’s gotta be the 8.8 inch Supra diff. Been through 3x 8inch diffs myself and not even close to those power levels.
