We lose the premium only for selling that particular option or the entire money needed to put in purchasing that particular option if the trade didn't go as we expected at the end of expiry? And can we exit with profit in options trading(while in hedging) before expiry date? Please clear this knit in my mind bro. It would be very helpful to lessen the burden of my mind.
The premium will increase or decrease based on the market movement and if it is going opposite to your trade then your premium will start increasing and some point of time your total money will become zero. So always put a strict stop loss in each and every trade.
We can exit with profit or loss at any point of time.

Eg. If u have less margin amount below 2L in ur account sell first leg any ce or pe they will debit 1.3L around then sell another leg it will take more 20 k around so total 1.5 to 1.6 L, it will not take 3L total it will take around 1.6L below
