I do agree with what your saying as far as alcohol not being a sin in moderation However you missed the scripture on 1 cor 6 9-10….Galatians 5 16-21 …eph 5:18… I totally agree with everything you saying with this exception. A little wine is fine but the problem becomes because a lot of people can’t control themselves after a few drinks…it becomes sinful when you become a drunkard. I think that goes along with obesity and any other harmful thing you put into your body. The point is do everything in moderation Philippians 4:5
I happen to personally know stan gleason, I was in his church. For many years. As a young christian there was a prayer room He used to pray in alone hours before church started. I didn't know how to pray so I would go in the room next door and listen. This precious man taught me how to pray. I watched his life through the years. He was always a man of character and great honor. He always held the word of God.And jesus in first place. I have been out of this church for many years now. But I know this man's character. And both my daughters and husband would say the same. It's one thing to talk about disagreements in scripture. It's a totally another thing to God's people. The bible says we're to be gentle with all men. I'm sorry you grew up in such legalism. But I was never treated that way. I remember him preaching grace . I may agree with some of the things are saying but not the way you are doing it. Just a side note. What about speaking to the mountain and telling it to be cast into the sea? Just a thought. And now I have never agreed with name and claim it or word of faith. So Debate doctrine but please be kind to God's people.
Remember when the TV Guide was in publication? Rev Mooney from Indianapolis called it the TV GOD! There was a UPCI preacher in my district who frequently prayed against the sin of TV. When he died and people from the church went to help clean out his house, they found a hidden TV behind a cabinet in the wall.
Why have they not come out and repented and apologized for once calling things sin, but then later say it's no longer sin? How do they have that power/authority? They have no foundation. Do they have the Holy Ghost? It's good to be free in Christ, I am a thankfull man! My house answers to no man. We worship God, the Son has set us free!!!!!!!!!
It's typical UPC MO: you'll hear Lee Stoneking say something stupid like women have holy magic hair, or they'll make some unreasonable holiness standard claim in their meetings and conferences. And then in their public forums; their organizational leaders will make some diplomatic statement like: "we know there's no power in so called holy hair." They always talk out of both sides of their mouths. I know darn well that they are really strict about how they control what their preachers preach, so if they really didn't believe in certain radical doctrines their ministers would not be preaching it especially the big ministers.
What if the pastor isn’t following God? He can lead you wrong because pastor no better than we are. We can follow and obey God without a pastor. What if your beliefs are different than pastor? This is reason we left a Pentecostal church we been to for 22 years.

Great podcast !!!
Wow....I don't think an antichrist spirit wants scripture to back up what's taught. That guy is nuts.
