btw its more about testing i5 2400 since gpu load stays at laughable 30%

i think it might be " bottlenecking" the videocard so to say
but still i5 2400 is great ( and i got it for free!)

well i think gtx 1050ti or you can try to get some of the top tier radeons hd like 7970
they are awesome, but power hungry. You can find used ones rly cheap. But if dont feel confident with buying used stuff you can go for rx 460 with 4 gb. its like gtx 950 but it has newer manufacturing process and 4 gigs of vram wich is nice
