For many seasons ive made notes of every session I go on, wether its 10 mins long or the whole day. These notes have helped me galvanise myself as an angler and helped me land many fish! And on this occasion the book from 2023 and 2022 said hit this spot, on these tides and YOU WILL CATCH FISH OF A GOOD QUALITY!

Really really important about the moon phase and tides and how they impact the fishing... I think a lot of anglers forget about that and just think about the tides.. I know I'm guilty of it just because of the excitement of getting a lure in the water but it just shows how paying attention to the details really makes a big difference...

Nice. I also keep a diary on my computer on spreadsheets going back to 2012 . I always check the moon phase each session and new moons are also my favorite times. Last week I was out for three consecutive nights and nailed 10 bass biggest 60cm . I like your videos, very informative and you explain things very well . Keep them coming.

@@anthonycoyne6745 mine wasn’t 600 🤯 but everyone is different. I’ve snapped a couple too. (Human error) if that makes you feel better
@@BeneathTheWavesFishingJersey no I doesn't but I wouldn't pay that for a rod. I have a 7-35g rod, paid roughly £60 and it's great. It does what's needed. I'd be gutted snapping, scraping or damaging a rod in that price range.

@@anthonycoyne6745 I have a few sub 100 rods myself. Actually bought one yesterday a penn, 10-30g 7ft for the yak and some float fishing stuff. I’ve got nothing against them rods. But for bass fishing these rods tick all the boxes 👊
