To me the lowest step down frequency is plants that is when you are actually sleeping but the absolute (God) has actually create a medium for us sleeping to wake up again and for us to know ourselves one has to be born in human form that is when we are giving every element of nature to start acquiring knowledge to get back to the source or where we left.
