Geoffrey you are quite right, we need to see the 3D trajectories and attitudes of all three aircraft in the sky at the time and the UH60 - that rules out and rules in all potential explanations. Then we work from there, figuring out what changes are needed to VFR separation procedures.
Well serveral things are certain. - The CRJ was NOT at 200ft - The Helo confirmed visual on "A" plane. It's quite obvious that if they had a visual on said plane you wouldnt fly straight towards it. Therefore, its likely they were looking at the outbound flight from runway 1. - The ATC controller did not use specific verbiage like, do you have a visual on the CRJ "Inbound" or "on short final" to runway 33.
are you going to try and tell me, out of the million cctv cameras esp in that area..that no decent HD footage has been put forward...so obvious the official story is a croc..

where is the wreckage of the helo?...many witnesses claim they never saw any Helo..
