This song was performed at the RADWIMPS 10 year anniversary tour from 2015. They had OOR as guest and they performed this song. This is one of their older songs from their 2006 single, Setsunarensa. You need to check out more of RADWIMPS older stuff cuz its really different from what they do in the Shinkai movies.
