For this question, I have wondered so long time.
I tried to search, and I found that Koh Tao, Thailand is the best island for diving. This island has underwater that is one of the most beautiful underwaters in the world. This island is the island with a chance of encountering whale sharks and sea turtles. Tourists around the world will choose to learn diving in Koh Tao. Koh Tao, there are many foreigners like not Thailand. Hahaha.
Courses that many people like to learn are Open water and Advance Open water (There are many more). For diving certificate, there are many associations such as SSI, PADI, NAUI. And this episode that I will take you guys to the Open water course as the first course for those who want to dive.

ผมขอเพิ่มเติม สำหรับเพื่อน ๆ ที่ว่ายน้ำไม่เป็น อยากให้พกความกล้าไปครับ โดยเค้าจะสอนทักษะการลอยตัว และฝึกว่ายน้ำก่อนครับ ทำให้อุ่นใจขึ้นเยอะเลย แต่ผมดันพูดรวมไปว่า "ดำน้ำไม่จำเป็นต้องว่ายน้ำเป็น" โดยไม่บรรยายให้ละเอียด ต้องขออภัยด้วยครับ
