Thank you so much for your manual and video! That will help me a lot in figuring out to use the full potential of this synth. I hope you sell a lot of patches, I'll look into them for sure.
Thank you very much! great explication! I have a question: Where Can I assign the modulation settings for the external modulation pedal? I have plugged in the back external footswitch, but it only acts like a sustain pedal...
i think only the mod wheel on the keyboard acts like a modulation wheel, i didnt see any option to modify the pedal, so i think the pedal only acts like a sustain pedal. If you can find some kind of pedal to cv converter, or if the pedal puts out cv and you get a 1/8 inch converter you may be able to put it into the filter cv in on the front panel to control the filter
Thanks a lot for this in-depth learning opportunity for the viewers. I'm wondering how the selectors and knobs behave when you do the preset save because selectors and knobs have physical positions rather than being rotary encoders or logical push buttons with two or multiple states so there is no way that they would be affected digitally. I'm a bit confused how they perform. For instance if you choose a saw tooth for osc A and square for osc B and then you save a preset, when you change osc A to triangle and osc B to saw tooth, and then you recall that preset, would the unit internally change the osc A back to saw tooth and osc B back to square, and the same applies for the potentiometers let's say all the values of frequencies and amount for osc, filter cut off, filter reso, ADSR values for filter and for amp, everything internally shifts. So does that mean all these selectors and potentiometers although they are physical but they are not analog and in fact they are setting the values digitally, and that's how they can be recalled to a different set of values with changing the presets? Thank you.
Yes all the knobs are controlled digitally underneath.. if you recall a preset they all get dialed in via software even though they don't move.. if you move a knob after selecting a preset that knob becomes "detached" from the saved preset and goes to whatever value you set it.. also giving you the opportunity to re save that as the new value to overwrite or a new preset.. or if you go back to preset selection any modifications you made are "forgotten" and that same preset keeps being stored in memory. It's still analog though.. just the values of knobs are digital.
Hey boss thanks for the upload , I was wondering if I buy the patches you’ve made, is it possible to put them in a different bank (B,C,D) and keep the original patches from Bank A? Also what if I were to buy another set of patches from another site, can I have your bank, another custom bank, as well as the default bank at the same time? Only asking cuz I’m not that good at making patches and your patches are an excellent starting point for me
Yes it is, you can easily save manage download/upload/store/move all of your patches via a usb connection with this patch editing site for the Pro 800 swumpf.com/pro800/
By the way my patchbank comes included with a 3 minute video explaining how to use that program and manage and save all your prior banks and load the new one and all those details. It is a whole included tutorial.

Anyone get this crazy glitch? Numbers and letters flying on the display endlessly. Happened when using usb midi
Yep there is a fix .. you have to open the synth tribe app while in USB and turn off the midi thru.. its a weird glitch for sure
@produktaudio excellent . I'll try this thank you! Hopefully this will solve the problem of trying to load in patches from the computer
@produktaudio it worked! Thank you for sharing. I've been asking about this glitch for a long time and no one knew what I was talking about
