Surprised at how many people who don’t know that Mayo is made with raw egg! This is fine as long as the eggs are fresh - except for pregnant women, the elderly and children who should avoid raw eggs. In some countries eggs are washed which removes the protective coating so they have to be refrigerated. It’s easy to test if an egg is fresh. But if it’s that much of a problem, for the love of God, just buy a jar or a bottle of Mayonnaise and add some more chemicals or microplastics into your life.

Is the rack that the pastries are on put directly in the oven without a baking sheet underneath? Seems that it would make a mess as it bakes. Nothing in the video about placing them in the oven...kinda confused.
This looks delicious - but it has just the word “cheese” in recipe twice. They are obv two different cheeses, which both melt well. Maybe a Gruyère the first time (it’s more yellow) and mozzarella the second time?
Puff pastry has so much butter. I just don’t have the time to run a marathon for one puff pasty bite!! I just skip puff pasty recipes completely. Easy doesn’t mean healthy. Sorry my waste line begs to differ.
