I have a question I haded another plenum to my Taipan veteran long 25 cal and I put the reg at 130 bar but I didn't get any good results it stay the same actionly it used more air only getting like 30 shot shooting 33 nsa slugs at 905 what wanted to know is it better to lower the reg to maybe 100 bar and better results or is two ple6to much use only one plenum man this is hard to figure out lol if you know pls reply thanks buddy
@@chrisfigueroa3361 did you port or open more your valve already?? If not you won't see to much difference. Now if you want to shoot slugs I recommend to set the reg at least 150 bar because you will need more power for slugs and maybe you will need a thicker hammer spring as well. Greetings
@@SurvivalMX mo I haven't open the port and also I took off the extra extention so now I have one again and I lowered the reg to 130 bar and I'm shooting the nsa slugs 33.5 at 910 fps and I get 35 shots on that tune I just received some 26.8 nsa slugs and I'm going to try those out maybe have lower the hst down cus if I leave like that im sure it will be shooting the lighter slugs at 1000fps lol or faster so yea I'm going to lower to get like 945 or so I hope they shoot good out the Taipan I just ordered the new fx impact mk2 in 25 cal. Cant wait and thanks for the reply buddy
Shouldn't the Regulator have a Bleed Hole in the main Body, between the two O-Rings? That's why there is the Bleed Hole in the Reservoir. Those Spring Washers are known as 'Belleville' Washers.
Beware of bar indication labels. they are completely off on most huma regulators. 5-20 bar off compared to the reading on huma reg tester (why would they sell the tester if their labels were correct btw...?). And once u dismantle the regulator and reassemble it like u did, chances are that the numbers on the label will be even more wrong...
Survival MX i set mine at 160bar on huma reg tester. Now shooting H&N slugs .217 21gr at 900-920fps and believe me this combination is a laser. Using single shot adapter of course. Try it.
@@yvessehnaoui3532 that's just few shots. I want plenty of shots that's why I tuned my taipan. I highly recommend to do the same.. check my videos. Greetings
thank you for giving the tutorial💘

Can you please tell me the total length of the regulator after setting the reg at right pressure if you measure it i messed up my settings please

Ah, OK.

Actually in the O-Ring Groove?
That's why I couldn't see it.
