How to clear the error code "092-651" reported by the machine
According to this error code
We can accurately determine that there is a problem with the operation of the developing unit
After the problem of the developing unit has been eliminated
We can enter maintenance mode
to perform code clearing operations.
First, in the shutdown state
Press and hold the "home button" and "power button" of the machine to turn on the machine. Do not release the home button.
Wait for the machine to enter the "SPECIAL BOOT MENU" interface
Then press and hold "SPECIAL" + "MENU" on the screen at the same time and click the "home button" to enter the "password interface"
After entering the password interface, enter "6789#" and select the "CE Dlag" item
Waiting to enter CE mode
After entering CE mode, select the Printer Diag and click the [OK] button.
Select IOT Diag and click the [OK] button.
Select Clear IOT NVM and click the [OK] button
At this time, the screen will display the confirmation screen "Clear IOT NVM "OK"?", click the [OK] button.
After the cleaning job is completed, the machine will display "Initialized"
Then click the left arrow to return to the Printer Diag item
Scroll down and select "Exit Mode"
Keep clicking the [OK] button until the machine shuts down and restarts.
After restarting, the screen will not prompt an error code, and the clearing operation is complete!
