Was lucky to meet her in Taos, New Mexico in December of 2002. Was getting married and she was with her Mom and Dad at the same Hotel as my fiancée and I stayed. She sent a bottle of wine to our room and invited us for dinner! She was amazing and beautiful! What a wonderful memory!

She, Buck Owens and Roy Clark were the headliners for the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo in Colorado Springs where I was born and raised. I was lucky in the regards that the rodeo brought a lot of Country Stars to it over the years. I met Tammy Wynette, George Jones, almost all the cast of Hee Haw, a young Hank Williams Jrr, Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter and fantastic singer also his wif. and many others. Lynn Anderson has and will always have a special place in my heart.

First time l heard this song was in England back in 1970. I was 18 by then, now l'm 72 and still love it. I'm from Spain.
I am not a real country music fan but I have always liked this song. I've seen many videos of her performing this song but this recordinding is my favorite. She seems so happy performing with Marty Stuart and his band.
