They should have hired a better interior designer. I have been watching interior designers video from last few weeks and even a 50 lakh flat had even better colour scheme and theme than this 7 Cr bungalow
This is such a beautiful property with excellent layout. Maybe the tasteless interior colors can be changed with something plain and it will just give it an amazing feel !!.. And it's priced so well too..

Go to Vasai.. There are beautiful bungalows with trees and tress around it rather than buildings and for a 3 bedroom bungalow it will cost you 1.5 -2 crore.

Have seen many of your previous videos of Bungalows with gardens and they were really, really very beautiful + impressive. And the way you described those Bungalows was so good that it felt we the viewers were gliding through those Bungalows.
But some how this bungalow with it's garden & luxurious interiors doesn't feel like home. Again this is my personal opinion.

Everything is good however the moment I saw shows lying haywire outside the main entrance i lost all intrest to watch the video.
I have stayed in different places since childhood be apartments, duplex apartment, individual three storeyed bunglow never ever were we allowed to keep our shoes like this. Even when visiting someone else's place never ever.
Second, it would be nice if architects start designing in a way where the dinning are is not right at the entrance. Instead of putting partions only for the living room the dinning area needs to be taken care of as well.
