When I look at the price tag of this penthouse it looks peanuts in comparison to some you have shown us in the past. However, if I isolate this one penthouse in my head, and forget about those penthouse with a $60 million price tag for example, I personally think ths is expensive. All I could think about was what was behind the wall opposite the windows that was robbing the penthouse of more space. It's almost like the penthouse was an after thought, rather than in the design if that makes sence. Like "we have this space left over, what can we do with it?". Anyway, still cheap all things Miami considered. If anyone can sell this then you're the man! Have a great week PJA and team. I look forward to next week's vlog.
This is a beautiful Midtown Miami penthouse.. I like the master bedroom with the bed facing the window. I like the platform beds of the condo. I like the white quartz island kitchen, I like the dining room.and I like the view of the city.
