The actual trash things are lost because of people who just say "he would've caught that in real life, Madden is stupid" are a larger majority...like that dude who won the tournament by only running, that's not a problem since the Broncos did it with Tebow but now Madden is gonna focus on that when there's other issues
@@fredleeland2464 well at the very least, they should bring back some of the old features or introduce new ones that actually enhance the gameplay. They're basically recycling the same game for the past 7 years now. Take Madden 21 for example. The game pretty much looks like Madden 20 except for a change in the playoff format and The Yard. Also, the player and team ratings in that game are the worst I've ever seen. I mean, seriously, it's total trash. The league MVP's a 94? Michael Thomas and D-Hop are rated higher than Julio? JJ Watt's a 98 while his little brother TJ who by the way finished 3rd in DPOY voting is only 86? Rob Gronkowski, who hasn't played football in over a year is 95? Richard Sherman and Jalen Ramsey are rated higher than Tre'Davious White? I could go on and on but you get the point.

There's players with 72 overall that have been legends in a madden throughout the years based on a specific skill that game offers
Madden is recycled but look at all the youtube people who couldn't care less and pay
It gradually got better before because the fanbase was football fans, now it does what it does because the fanbase is for clickbait people that jump on bandwagons
I stopped playing when 11 was announced and it clearly dumbed down the controls and things to cater to new players...people ate that up and madden hasn't looked back since by constantly changing controls and whatnot
