Please what if you send them soft copy of evidence of continued relationship while living apart for them to upload
Won't they allow it?
Hi Chizi, you can attach soft copies of course at the point of the visa application. Make sure you give them all the information/ prove they need before you submit your application so that they don’t start emailing you after your biometrics to provide more prove as this will automatically delay your application
Okay just read your comment again. When do you plan to send the evidence? Before you biometrics or after?
If it’s before I think it’s better you go with hard copies, print them out ( but you will have to pay for assisted service)
If you are sending the evidence after you have submitted your application and done your biometrics, then I assume they contacted you to send more prove, then you can send soft copies.
@Dinmaogueme I paid for assisted service but my relationship with my husband is a distant one, so I have chats, soft copy pictures and others to prove evidence of continued relationship while living apart..
I'm asking if they will accept the soft copy like me sending it to their whatsapp or via Bluetooth
Or must I print out everything in hard copy?
I intend sending the soft copy of the evidence on the day of my biometrics not before biometrics or after biometrics

Hello currently I’m trying to apply I’m almost done with my online visa application so soon I will be going for biometrics I wanted to ask if that’s the self service and can I choose when the appointment can be? I’m applying for a student visa I hope they give me the visa
Hi Victoria, You should be able to pick a day to go for your biometrics.
Did you upload your documents online while filling your visa application forms? If yes. Then you have used the “self-service” but if you didn’t upload your documents and want them to upload them for you on your biometrics day. Then you will have to pay for assisted service.

Hi just found your channel… interesting so I want to know before you went for visa appointment, did you book the TB test first ? Or it was after you got a visa appointment that you booked for TB? And how much do you pay for it ? Thanks 🙏
I book my TB test appointment first (as they give you a date automatically) then with date they gave me I know when to book my Visa appointment (here you have the option to pick a date and time you want to come for your biometrics) I made sure I booked everything in the same week so I don’t travel to Abuja 2x as I don’t stay in Abuja.
I costed #54,800 when I did mine. I heard they have increased their prices
So TB test first, then Visa appointment.

Cuz I’m the MA is there a need to submit pictures or marriage certificate? Pls help
Hi Elizabeth, I was the dependent, the dependent usually submit all of those (pictures, marriage certificate, etc) to proof relationship with the main applicant. But you can submit too. One thing about UK visa is, there’s nothing like submitting too much information. It’s always better to submit as much as you can than the home office reaching out to you after your application to submit “additional information” there by delaying your application. So to be on a safe side, submit as much info as you can. If they need it fine, if they don’t it’s still fine.
