Cold pressed cooking has very low smoking point for example cold pressed mustard oil has smoking point around 90°C, Therefore cooking below is smoking point is not possible and cooking above smoking point forms harmful compounds and nutrition get lost then does it make any sense to buy cold pressed oils

I chose Pure and Desi sesame oil. It's very dark in colour. But surprisingly is very light in taste and smell. It gives a nice taste to curries and vegetables both. Nice product. 👍👍👍
The bottle is made of plastic. The lid is firmly secured and after opening pours well. Packaging is good quality in all.
Definitely must try product. 👏
P. S. It foams if you try to fry something in it, even shallow fry. I can't say if it's normal for sesame oil to foam. After the stove is off it becomes normal and foam evaporates.
