Three hundred years ago he was a complete coward, who didn’t even love her enough to stand up for her! In fact, he dug her eyes out for his side piece that framed her by throwing yourself down a hole and then gave her eyes to that side piece! Would not even stand up for her while others were belittling and humiliating her. In fact, he joined in on the fun… he’s lucky she forgot him, because if she remembered him, she would never have given him another chance!
I personally do not think any other Chinese male actor, no matter how famous, could ever portray Yeh Hua the way Mark Chao did...his facial expression...the aloofness and the concerned and caring side...demeanor...movements.....I think this role was made specially for Mark. Yang Mi also did an outstanding performance....She too was made for this character....I admire her ability to switch to sorrow almost instantaneously ..She is really a very very beautiful actress....with great ability....no wonder, if you check her Wikipedia ...she almost is impossible to beat once nominated...In the past decade...she has been nominated and won more than 50x....I doubt if any actress could garner that many awards year after year.....

have you noticed, Qianqian never said I am not your mom to Ali, no matter how many times he called her mom. She really is protecting him and not wanting to disappoint him even a little bit.
In the book, she felt sorry for him not having a mother and thought since she was engaged to Ye Hua, she would be his stepmother. Fox clan is much more relaxed on these things unlike the rigid Celestial clan

cristy perater @fatou touray hi, i cant seem to find it. so sad. but, i still wanna share what little that i understand hahahahaa (when Bai Qian met A Li) Bai qian asked him what was he doing? and he said he was looking for something that his Lord father told him about, coral if im not mistaken. then BQian lent him her fan, then he used it but all the seaweeds flew away. then ALi mumbled if he had made some problem? BQian answered that not him alone, because she had helped him. and then he saw that BQian had some clothes tied around her eyes just like his mother did! he called out Mom, Mom! while hugging onto BQian's leg. Yehua came and saw them together. he called out Susu... then he tried to touch BQian's face what she swat away his hand and said, presumptious! then Yehua stared at her for a while and finally said that he was mkstaken and she was not the one he had thought she was. he asked A Li to come with him and go. A Li whined but went with him in the end. Xiao Shao (the cobra) came and paid her respect to BQian. she told BQian she had not seen her for some 3 hundred years or so (i think i heard 3 something here hehehe my chinese that bad) and then BQian said long time no see, she had become fat. XS didnt know what to say and then she explain that BQian hadnt loved the 2nd prince of Heaven and also got a better one (The crown prince, Yehua) so she shouldnt be upset with her. BQian said even tho someone bullying other bevause she was only following the real bully, but her act was still hurtful, so she was equally wrong. behind the rock, Yehua looking at BQian actions such as tapping the table witb her thumb touching her point finger together and the way she touched her nose with her fan, it was so similar with Susu's. SX then said something about BQian mot being magnanimous or so, and A Li suddenly came and said his mom was the most magnanimous (i think hehhe this part not very clear) BQian asked ALi how comw he was here? ALo said he came back with Father because Father said Mom was looking for them and regretted her words and she would come home with them. Yehua then came and said; Yehua was right, you are Bai Qian from Qingqiu. BQian said that you should call me Gugu (Lady, someone older and respected). yehua said, how come i called you Gugu? even my son called you Mom, Qianqian. BQian said that if she had married his uncle then she wouldbhave probobaly has a grandkid around his age! then BQian gave her fan to XS and said think carefully what wish do you want and then come to Qongqiu with this fan to look for me. BQian then bowed to Yehua and excused herself but was stopped by the Something Sea king (i only know north and west in chinese so i have no idea). Sea King accused BQian had damaged his garden. BQian asked him how he knew? Sea King said because the coral fairy saw a little fairy in green had done it. BQian and Yehua glanced at A Li. BQian didnt have the heart to tell the truth so she admit it herself and lied saying that she was a maid from Zheyan's palace and was here in place of BQian who couldnt come. she then presented the shining pearl and Zheyan's wine. so the Sea King pardoned her in Zheyan's behalf. yehua kept holding her hand in the way toward the main hall. then they sat together. when the dancers came, A Li said that it was the Sister from before. and said that she liked his father. BQian said something about admiring flowers (i think) but Yehua didnt even pay attention to the princess's dance. yehua then excused himself and went to meet up with the princess. BQian followed later with A Li because she saw her senior from Mt. Kunlun at the entrance. BQian tried to reaoned ALi that it was ok for Yehua to like someone else. but A Li cried and told her that she didnt want him and father anymore! she tried to console him by saying she was his mother how coild she didnt want him? ALi said that if father found another woman and had another child he woild forget about ALi and Ali would be alone in the world. BQian said yhats not going to happen, Yehua was her heart her darling and so on. Ali stopped crying and pulled her to Yehua. before she could react, Ali had kneeled down and greeted Yehua. BQian then came closer to them and helped ALi to stand up. princess asked, who are you? BQian said this child called me Mom. BQian then went on to talk about an affair kinda figuratively which made the Princess kneeled down and said she did not dare. she only wanted to be a maid because she was about to be married of with teh 2nd prince of one of the sea kingdom. BQian aksed, who? proncess said its MoYuan's disciple (BQian's senior i think). then BQian tried to escape by saying, its not bad for ots yehua's business to ALi. but Ali got a hold of her and said, wasnt mom said earlier that fatehr is your heart and your darling? BQian was embarrassed and rendered speechless. but yehua cornered her and asked, did you say so? BQian said why did you ask something you already knew! then she ran. ALi asked his father, why didnt you chase after mom? yehua answered, no need, i know where she went anyway.
Mark Chao's tears contributed such a big part. He shows human side of the characters that make lots of people fall in love with the series (including me >__
I like Bai Qian behaves like a badass with everybody but when Ye Hua looks at her intensely... Everytime she gets nervous and Ye Hua overpowers her. Though she is 90000 years older than him🤣
Even though Ye Hua is 90,000 years younger than her in this form but his original spirit is actually Mo Yuan age, much older than her, due to the injure while still inside his mother womb, the heavenly father told Mo Yuan when he was about to enter the world of nothingness that Ye Hua fetus was badly injured during the battle between his mother and some types of creatures I couldn't remember then he was placed and nourished in Kunlun Mountain during the time Bai Qian training there, she loved to take care the golden lotus which is him and his spirit appeared to comfort at times as well.
This is one of my favorite episodes other than the one of when yehua and Su Su first met when he was mistaken as a little black snake. I almost cried when he finally met Su Su after waiting for 300 years and he caught her as she falls from the peach blossom tree. He thought he was in a dream. I liked how they met again at the Water Palace and their son Ali was so cute trying to keep them together. From the Water Princess dancing to seduce Yehua to her running away from him. It was an outstanding episode. Yang Mi is a great actress, I’ve watched her in Palace and wasn’t able to find another of her drama that can top it until now. Mark is a great actor, this is the first time I’ve seen him and I didn’t think much of him until he met Su Su. The script was very well written so after watching both of them come on screen I fell in love with his character, if compared him with Yang Yang, Mark is by far a much better actor. Thank you for taking on the role of Ye Hua and bringing him into life. I don’t think anyone can play a better part. You were perfect for the part.
Qian Qian said in the last episode that, “A-li is his father’s son; he’s nothing like her.” Truth is A-li is exactly like her. He has the ability think of excuses on the spot just like her and often speaks his mind without restraints. I love how A-Li saved Ye Hua at the 21:42 mark when Ye Hua didn’t respond to Qian Qian’s question.
at 30:22 ye hua face was like "bish whett??" looool this drama is amazing not cliché at all and mark chao has amazing acting skills like the guy doesnt even need to talk his eyes do it for him!
What i love of this episode is how attentiv ye hua to su su he is very attention to detail to su su traits and su su cant ressist a li she cant say no😂, btw i rewatched it many times

Mark Chao is such a great actor ...sad eyes, happy eyes, eyes in love, eyes shining ... . This generation of actors, Mark Chao, Hawick, Lau (Yang Mi's husband) grown up in foreign countries are less inhibited, and are able to deliver emotions in a way that we, Westernized people, can better relate to. Love, love, love Mark Chao!!!!
You said it right. Mark impressed me much he's superbed mezmerizing beautiful eyes reaction as well his facial in every scenes and episode s. The way he cried was over the top better than when you to a funeral viewing. I really meant it cus he was a great actor. He was versatile and Yang Mi bravo to her too. ❤️🇨🇦
Hi Lily, agreed. He's such remarkable, exceptional, superbed and brilliant actor who can deliver any characters in a movie, Cdrama or different personalities. With his exquisites talents surely we are drawn to him and will always compared him to others. I recommend this Cdrama Midnight Diner short stories and the first to third episode was Mark Chao. This short 3 episodes will showed why we are in love Mark Chao's as an actor. Spoilers his character was a deaf and mute with a baby. Please to watch and won't disappoint you and myself recommending you to watch. Thank you.
I remember the day this video was uploaded, the excitement to finally see this episode 3yrs ago, desperately begging for english subs. Here we are now in 2020 and this episode still have me excited. Long live Yang Mi and Mark Chao the greatest Chemistry between 2 actors in drama history they are unmatched. The Greatest Chinese entertainment of all time.
I think I've rewatched this episode at least 15 times. Why can't I move on?? I love He Yua's love for Bai Qian. I love Ali being such a ace wing man for his dad. Love their reunion! Such a perfect episode and overall drama.

一開始很多人不看好趙又廷的夜華，比較看好楊洋的夜華。但還好一個演大螢幕，一個演電視劇。無論怎麼看，都感謝«三生三世十里桃花»的電視劇劇組選擇趙又廷來演夜華。趙又廷演得確實把夜華的情緒表達得很好。
杨幂这部剧确实演的非常好，各种表情和台词都非常到位。

嗯，明明是個性都很面癱的兩位主角(墨淵&夜華)，趙又廷卻演出區別來，還演出這兩位的情緒，確實厲害。

第30集真的很棒，趙又廷把夜華遇到白淺後的內心轉折演得太棒，再失望後再次認出素素即是白淺上神那裏的內心轉折，以及終於可以不避嫌地在一起內心喜悅也是，趙又廷整個演技都好棒~ 配樂也超好。阿離這孩子神助攻太厲害，奶音奶音也太可愛。
當然季冠霖配的白淺，以及邊江配的夜華，這些配音員也都很厲害~

赵又廷身上自带一种正气，高冷却眼神满满都是戏。重逢这场戏刷了n次，那眼泪多让人心碎啊。不过好在30集太甜了，还有小团子的神助攻，表示一天两集不够看啊。而且现在因为三生不喜欢周六。大概是要疯。

這一集的配樂確實都好棒。小糰子替夜華助攻，讓夜華要帶白淺回天宮時的叮噹叮叮噹噹那配樂也好棒呀，完全把夜華跟小糰子的心情表達的很好。氣氛營造出雀躍，以及幸福萌芽的感受👍

看了三生三世，我就觉得心里装不下任何古装了。比起其他古剧，少了宫斗，人美境美，清新脱俗。且剧情新颖，就算猜到了结局，却还是想知道他们是怎么走过来的，怎么再次相遇。且在我心里，配角虽美却不影响对主角的喜爱，所谓各有千秋-------喜欢胖迪的萌甜，也喜欢白浅的清新，两人的美在不同的地方，觉得没有什么抢风头抢镜之说。ps：赵又廷好帅，好帅，正好是我喜欢的类型

夜華說出這句話的時候，不是單單開心這個情緒而已，是很複雜的情緒。這句台詞作為他與素素相逢後的第一句話，他表達的情緒與拿捏做得確實很好。那裡他還有點謹慎，生怕白淺恨他才故意不認他。
若要說他開心，反而是他對白淺說，原來妳也知道我們之間是有婚約的，完全不用避嫌那一幕，那裡才是更多的開心。

Bai qian asked him what was he doing? and he said he was looking for something that his Lord father told him about, coral if im not mistaken. then BQian lent him her fan, then he used it but all the seaweeds flew away. then ALi mumbled if he had made some problem? BQian answered that not him alone, because she had helped him. and then he saw that BQian had some clothes tied around her eyes just like his mother did! he called out Mom, Mom! while hugging onto BQian's leg.
Yehua came and saw them together. he called out Susu... then he tried to touch BQian's face what she swat away his hand and said, presumptious! then Yehua stared at her for a while and finally said that he was mkstaken and she was not the one he had thought she was. he asked A Li to come with him and go. A Li whined but went with him in the end.
Xiao Shao (the cobra) came and paid her respect to BQian. she told BQian she had not seen her for some 3 hundred years or so (i think i heard 3 something here hehehe my chinese that bad) and then BQian said long time no see, she had become fat. XS didnt know what to say and then she explain that BQian hadnt loved the 2nd prince of Heaven and also got a better one (The crown prince, Yehua) so she shouldnt be upset with her. BQian said even tho someone bullying other bevause she was only following the real bully, but her act was still hurtful, so she was equally wrong.
behind the rock, Yehua looking at BQian actions such as tapping the table witb her thumb touching her point finger together and the way she touched her nose with her fan, it was so similar with Susu's.
SX then said something about BQian mot being magnanimous or so, and A Li suddenly came and said his mom was the most magnanimous (i think hehhe this part not very clear)
BQian asked ALi how comw he was here? ALo said he came back with Father because Father said Mom was looking for them and regretted her words and she would come home with them. Yehua then came and said; Yehua was right, you are Bai Qian from Qingqiu.
BQian said that you should call me Gugu (Lady, someone older and respected). yehua said, how come i called you Gugu? even my son called you Mom, Qianqian.
BQian said that if she had married his uncle then she wouldbhave probobaly has a grandkid around his age!
then BQian gave her fan to XS and said think carefully what wish do you want and then come to Qongqiu with this fan to look for me.
BQian then bowed to Yehua and excused herself but was stopped by the Something Sea king (i only know north and west in chinese so i have no idea).
Sea King accused BQian had damaged his garden. BQian asked him how he knew? Sea King said because the coral fairy saw a little fairy in green had done it. BQian and Yehua glanced at A Li. BQian didnt have the heart to tell the truth so she admit it herself and lied saying that she was a maid from Zheyan's palace and was here in place of BQian who couldnt come. she then presented the shining pearl and Zheyan's wine. so the Sea King pardoned her in Zheyan's behalf.
yehua kept holding her hand in the way toward the main hall. then they sat together. when the dancers came, A Li said that it was the Sister from before. and said that she liked his father. BQian said something about admiring flowers (i think) but Yehua didnt even pay attention to the princess's dance.
yehua then excused himself and went to meet up with the princess. BQian followed later with A Li because she saw her senior from Mt. Kunlun at the entrance. BQian tried to reaoned ALi that it was ok for Yehua to like someone else. but A Li cried and told her that she didnt want him and father anymore! she tried to console him by saying she was his mother how coild she didnt want him? ALi said that if father found another woman and had another child he woild forget about ALi and Ali would be alone in the world. BQian said yhats not going to happen, Yehua was her heart her darling and so on. Ali stopped crying and pulled her to Yehua. before she could react, Ali had kneeled down and greeted Yehua.
BQian then came closer to them and helped ALi to stand up. princess asked, who are you? BQian said this child called me Mom. BQian then went on to talk about an affair kinda figuratively which made the Princess kneeled down and said she did not dare. she only wanted to be a maid because she was about to be married of with teh 2nd prince of one of the sea kingdom. BQian aksed, who? proncess said its MoYuan's disciple (BQian's senior i think). then BQian tried to escape by saying, its not bad for ots yehua's business to ALi. but Ali got a hold of her and said, wasnt mom said earlier that fatehr is your heart and your darling? BQian was embarrassed and rendered speechless. but yehua cornered her and asked, did you say so? BQian said why did you ask something you already knew! then she ran.
ALi asked his father, why didnt you chase after mom? yehua answered, no need, i know where she went anyway.

Even though Ye Hua is 90,000 years younger than her in this form but his original spirit is actually Mo Yuan age, much older than her, due to the injure while still inside his mother womb, the heavenly father told Mo Yuan when he was about to enter the world of nothingness that Ye Hua fetus was badly injured during the battle between his mother and some types of creatures I couldn't remember then he was placed and nourished in Kunlun Mountain during the time Bai Qian training there, she loved to take care the golden lotus which is him and his spirit appeared to comfort at times as well.

神劇！2024年我還在看！一部我永遠都會回味的神劇～超愛三生三世十里桃花😭2024年還是會為了夜華&淺淺的愛情所感動而流淚😭
This is one of my favorite episodes other than the one of when yehua and Su Su first met when he was mistaken as a little black snake. I almost cried when he finally met Su Su after waiting for 300 years and he caught her as she falls from the peach blossom tree. He thought he was in a dream. I liked how they met again at the Water Palace and their son Ali was so cute trying to keep them together. From the Water Princess dancing to seduce Yehua to her running away from him. It was an outstanding episode. Yang Mi is a great actress, I’ve watched her in Palace and wasn’t able to find another of her drama that can top it until now. Mark is a great actor, this is the first time I’ve seen him and I didn’t think much of him until he met Su Su. The script was very well written so after watching both of them come on screen I fell in love with his character, if compared him with Yang Yang, Mark is by far a much better actor. Thank you for taking on the role of Ye Hua and bringing him into life. I don’t think anyone can play a better part. You were perfect for the part.

He has the ability think of excuses on the spot just like her and often speaks his mind without restraints. I love how A-Li saved Ye Hua at the 21:42 mark when Ye Hua didn’t respond to Qian Qian’s question.
看了第三遍，最喜欢的就是这一集。当夜华发现与自己有婚约的白浅上神就是自己等待三百年的素素时，内心的那股澎湃，苦尽甘来的感觉，绝非笔墨所能形容的。之后取而代之的欢喜和感动，绝对可以循环播放，细细品尝一遍又一遍的😊。
有時追劇就是看機緣，原本對[三生三世]沒興趣，就是看到這集才接著看後續，完結後再從頭看。
反倒《扶搖》從第一集就看不下去。
小说也是从这里开始的。

沒想到那時候一看，就這麼哇，竟成了心目中的極品經典。
也因為這劇才知道這些厲害的演員，以及這些優秀的配音員。整個劇組太優秀了。很慶幸當初沒有被這麼長的片名嚇退...因為有些片名很長的是爛片...
非常的驚人自己以經看了四遍了，還一直活在素素的世界裡，但人沒有永遠的機會和時間，歲月不饒人

With his exquisites talents surely we are drawn to him and will always compared him to others. I recommend this Cdrama Midnight Diner short stories and the first to third episode was Mark Chao. This short 3 episodes will showed why we are in love Mark Chao's as an actor. Spoilers his character was a deaf and mute with a baby. Please to watch and won't disappoint you and myself recommending you to watch. Thank you.

I remember the day this video was uploaded, the excitement to finally see this episode 3yrs ago, desperately begging for english subs. Here we are now in 2020 and this episode still have me excited. Long live Yang Mi and Mark Chao the greatest Chemistry between 2 actors in drama history they are unmatched. The Greatest Chinese entertainment of all time.

I think I've rewatched this episode at least 15 times. Why can't I move on?? I love He Yua's love for Bai Qian. I love Ali being such a ace wing man for his dad. Love their reunion! Such a perfect episode and overall drama.
