She is a High goddess of Fox tribe. He wants alliance with her tribe and also owed them some favours. Secondly, Celestial emperor cares for his face too much. He cannot go against Bai Qian on this because then all their mistreatment to Su Su, also would go public and their actions would come to light and will become a topic of criticism and gossip all around.
She knew one way or another, Celestial emperor would give up his pet pawn Sujin this time. He did exactly that.
All the court scene is in drama only. In the novel she went away giving her option to choose the punishment for herself or she would have perused further. Since Celestial tribe saw to it, she left it at that and didn't bother to find out how they settled it.

1. 让素素跳诛仙台其实帮白浅突破封印，得回法力和记忆
2. 用素素刺激白浅，白浅打破结魄灯想起素素的委屈，夺回自己的眼睛把见不得强光的问题解决了
3. 害元贞下凡，让他得到一个厉害的师父还附赠破云扇

He wouldn't be able to sit idly by if even in this kind of circumstance Sujin still doesn't have any guilty feeling at all and wants to scheme again to harm the innocent. And the innocent is even considered her senior, elders..she has no sense if propriety, no respect at all. She is simply beyond help.
She wouldn't have any fear until she sees her own coffin.

Hype and satisfaction aside, I do feel so sad about this episode bc it rlly shows how helpless and vulnerable poor Su Su was. It’s touching and empowering that powerful Bai Qian is basically standing up for her old self.

張智堯先生所詮釋折顏的角色非常的到位，也讓人印象深刻，非常非常喜歡由張智堯先生扮演折顏的角色，沒想到折顏的容顏保持的相當不錯，滿有風趣幽默感！

I personally do not think any other Chinese male actor, no matter how famous, could ever portray Yeh Hua the way Mark Chao did...his facial expression...the aloofness and the concerned and caring side...demeanor...movements.....I think this role was made specially for Mark. Yang Mi also did an outstanding performance....She too was made for this character....I admire her ability to switch to sorrow almost instantaneously ..She is really a very very beautiful actress....with great ability....no wonder, if you check her Wikipedia ...she almost is impossible to beat once nominated...In the past decade...she has been nominated and won more than 50x....I doubt if any actress could garner that many awards year after year.....Amazing how these 2 were characterized together...any other combination would not have created such a successful outcome.

A little much to take in all at once. I wouldn't be smiling either.

@@saradabeerling-frampton3030 that was an awful lot of information to digest...lol I think it took him a minute to take it all in especially considering that he was jealous of Mo Yuan only to find out that he's his twin brother. Then he finds out that the dreams he was having before are actual memories from his time as the golden lotus and the person he saw in those dreams was the woman he loves. Plus finding out it's their fate to be together is on a whole knew level because he encountered Bai Qian when she had no memory and he gave her the name of Susu. Susu was not only the woman he fell in love with but she was also his fiancee. I can see why he had such a blank expression on his face. That's a helluva a lot of information to take in...lol

Great drama with great adaptation. Better than the novel itself. The story was being put together with good morals and great acting. The whole crew should be given its recognitions. Love both how both main actors portray its different characters. Indeed need being awarded.
