I am not able to understood there are lakhs of inventories vacant for already developed highrises but builders pretending that sold out. Example lodha kphb now started selling unfold flats after 12 years. Why builders do like this?

my guess, all 10 lifts centrally located or there will be corridors connecting so all lifts accessible to all flats.
