During Rajshekar Reddy’s tenure plan to build the WTS Center was planned and the contract was given to Anil Ambani to construct the WTC . No progerss was made. Then again in KCR’s tenure the contract was again given to Anil Ambani even then no progress was made. Now at last it has become a reality. Good progress Telangana.
