Use “People living in this Location” when you select a location to target. It’s part of the settings at the Adset level. I’ve taught in most of my videos on Facebook advert.

@@CourageNgele I did exactly that, yet I’m getting orders from Abuja, Enugu, Owerri, Kano, Calabar and all the places I can’t deliver to.
Why don't you look for those that can deliver to those areas?
