We have spend some lovely days here on this beautiful island to showcase some of the most amazing homes this area has to offer.
In our first Mallorca property tour video we explored an epic new built seafront mega home. It has just been finished and we were the first to tour it for you on our TH-cam channel, all thanks to the lister MARCEL REMUS, with whom we shot various homes here on the island.
This lovely home is located in Camp de Mar, and sits on one of the most privileged locations you can buy in Mallorca, and that’s right in front of the sea. The plots location is simply unique, and I would say you couldn’t live any closer to the sea. The home has a modern finca design style, is super well distributed and offers great comfort and awesome sea views.

A truly lovely house, the exterior is maybe the best I've ever seen. The combination of the stone, wood, glass, curtains, plants, pops of colour on the furniture with dedicated eating, sitting, chill out and cooking areas plus that large pool all facing the water is perfect.

Superschön, ich liebe Mallorca. Meine erste Wahl, wenn ich Deutschland verlassen würde. Die Immobilien sind aber viel teuerer als in Marbella. Ich hoffe ihr zeigt noch mehr Häuser auf der Insel…. Marcel hat ja noch mehr schöne Immobilien 😎😜

Hi Ihr zwei. Das war mal wieder eine tolle Villa Besichtigung. Die Kombination aus Natur Stein, den warmen Farben in den Räumen, die Holz Elemente und das Bronze Metall passen hervorragend. Abends erwecken die Räume noch mehr ein Gefühl von Gemütlichkeit und Wärme. Dazu der wunderschön gestaltete Garten und diese einmalige Aussicht.

Absolutely love Majorcan properties same with Ibiza homes but Christ they are expensive, I had the privilege of looking around a property in port andrax and that property would set you back 24 million and that had its own private dock. Great video guys but their not long enough 😂 just seemed like I had just started watching and then it ended, just goes to show how entertaining you guys are when time passes by so quickly 😎👍.

Guys, the gym is not a gym if it does not feature barbells and at least one bench and one gate rack.
Plus utility & server rooms - these ARE interesting. Not only as a geek piece but also in judging the quality of the build.

Wait a few months when the recession will hit Europe on a massive scale and the resulting house market crash that will come with it and somebody will be able to pick this up for much less. 19,5 million is an outrageous amount of money to ask but the location is indeed stunning.

@@TheMarobrothers Yeah that part doesn't bother me too much. It's more the 20 mil euros and having no theatre/media room, proper gym with indoor pool and cold plunge, and no full spa area with real sauna, steam room, and massage table. Seems like you get more bang for your buck in Marbella

Very nice house design. Next town Peguera is 3,2 km if you wanna go shopping quick 😅 So only bars around you it seems. This price is to high.

awesome video as always, I hope you're earning top bucks because you definitely deserve it. as far as the house goes, very nice, no doubt, but I simply cannot understand the price. it's beyond comprehension, even if half the price is for the location alone, I still think it's just massively overpriced.
one thing I didn't think of in my first comment is real estate. how much is left for development? if there is not much left, then I guess that would drive the price up. if that's the case, then I can probably understand the price point a bit better.

Yeh Just looking said it right. There are many homes in Mallorca, but only a selected handful which have such an epic location. It's in one of the most desirable areas in Malle right at the Sea ⛵ unbeatable 💯

The house is nice ... but in no detail really above the well-kept standard. For € 7-8 million - in this area - the house is probably also marketable ... but for € 19.5 million?! - No way ! - or a respectable yacht was not mentioned in your video as an included extra... On Mallorca - especially in this area there is so much being built at the moment... and certainly not in lower quality. The video itself - well done!

I'm going to take the criticism that's okay, first of all good job guys but this house is not nice too many stairs too many rooms that are not usable no nice material everything almost white.
And it is not a view with 2 trees that ruin it and too little garden in my eyes. I honestly think this will not be sold at this price .. but in my opinion that is a bad bargain .. I saw much nicer than this for much less money
