Thanks for the comment. That is what this home is listed for and the comps support the price. They have sold out of almost all available lots. Where in Austin, TX can you buy a 14,000 sqft home for this price?
@@WillKoberg Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, etc. You could not buy that on Lake Austin or Lake Travis, but you could get a 10,000 sq ft plus for $3.3 million. For Example, 3,800sq ft house in this area will cost approximately 1.1 to 1.3 million. Multiply that by 3 equals 11,400 sq ft and you can get that for 3 million maybe a little less.
That blue colour is too bright and cheapens the look….awful. Also the quartz counter tops look cheap. Great tour though! Thankyou. Did they run out of tiles in the butler pantry? Splash back looks terrible.. kitchen is great as are the windows. Wish the ceiling beams were white oak…

This house is in one of the most expensive zip codes in the country. Mark Cuban lives not too far from here to give you an idea.
