I plan on moving to Montgomery next year and the East Side will be the side i move on. Ive been doing my research, my ex lives on the east side in the mark apartments and a guy i know that works for one of Montgomery fire departments told me what sides of town to stay away from
You might want to consider Huntsville if you have options. Montgomery isn't what it used to be both schools and jobs. I'm from Montgomery grew up there and went to school there. Even areas in Birmingham are much better.
I believe sad looking neighborhood because not enough trees, little privacy, and too flat. Tornadoes can be horrific. I try to not be too much of a materialist. Great video, though. Thank you.
This isn't helpful without street names and/or neighborhood names or even school zones - all the things folks with $600 G's consider when they look for a place to live. Additionally how can folks verify what you are presenting if you don't identify specifically where in Montgomery this area is located? Metrics, data would be greatly beneficial, my friend!
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS That is absolutely awful! I'm sure you would have stayed if you hadn't done everything possible to stay. I pray that wherever you are, you are at peace, and respected as a MAN! Peace to you and your family...
Montgomery is 60.7% non white . Of course there's going to be a decent amount of African Americans in these neighborhoods. Still they're not predominantly black , I am a resident.
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS ooh you are bitter 😂 I'm glad to see that you feel you can speak for the black experience . That's interesting seeing as you're not black.

The west side and central and south have lowest home prices and highest crime rates
Crime is all over. There are no statistics on what's not reported

Nice homes 🍀
i am actually from Alabama but not Montgomery. I am from the town of Jackson, AL
I drove thru there at night hung out at a gas station at night watching old school cars go by
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS What street is this?
This environment is serene…buhh I’m sure the homes are expensive here…right ?
Will be closing on a house in the east area in 5 days.
I wish you the best sir. I had to leave Montgomery area due to being Hispanic.
