What to Wear in the Sauna?

A sauna session is a safe and relaxing space for you to unwind after a long day of work, after a workout, or simply to relax and get all the health benefits of the sauna. For those reasons, you will always want to do what makes you feel the most comfortable, especially when it comes to clothing. Let's break down what you can wear inside a sauna.

Depends on where you are, on the states very normal to wear a towel or bathing suit. Even clothes. I think naked or at best a towel. But outside the u.s. it's usually naked and coed. Germany Finland and other areas in private an public people will be naked and very respectful. It's like a sin there to wear clothes or shoes etc. but in the United states I have went naked in a only men steam room and sauna and I got judged quickly and even complained on. It's just not the same. A towel.works or a bathing suit. 😂

AND.....the benches and floors should be "oiled" - to help protect and extend the life of the wood. (just like you would maintain your kitchen cutting boards)

What's type of oil should be used? Reason I'm asking is I have my own sauna.
