The little guy is a good driver, most his age want to go fast. My great granddaughter doesn’t like the crawlers, she tells me to get the fast cars.

Just got my dad and myself into rc rock crawling I got the ascent and my dad got and Everest 10. I took my redcat out and it was more than capable for out of the box and ready to run. I completely agree some weight added to it would greatly benefit it. My buddy showed me the full brass suspension upgrades and I fully intend on buying them.
I have more fun with my 24s and it is way cheaper. I personally would like to see you do more 18/24 scale content. The 1.0 Megalithic is my best performing tire. Your son is awesome!
I totally bought one "for my son" Then spent last night modding it after an intial run. Even stock pulled some of the same lines my 18s with $300 in them do. It will be awesome for my little guy and keep him from wanting to drive me Cr18p Evo-pro that I have too much money in 😅.
I dont need another micro but I keep watching Acent videos and am getting very tempted. I'm hoping they put out a mini Scout II body version later!

I have a trx4m with brass and an lcg carbon chassis, and the redcat is still better out of the box for $100

@jasonh.8362 had to take a break because of 4 months over 100 degrees. I'll start back in on it when I know it won't kill me from heatstroke lol

Hell yeah man! My son just turned 3 and we do RC stuff several days a week! It's awesome, I had 2 daughters before him that had zero interest in the hobby, they are now 18 and 16 and still don't care for them, lol.
My son, however, has the bug just like I did in my teens and it completely revived the hobby for me. I went from owning zero to owning 4 in the past 3 months 😂

Love seeing the smaller scale stuff taking off as well as it is. I think the 18th scale stuff is perfect for the little kids we bring along with us on our 10th scale adventures and can mostly keep up. Looking forward to seeing upgrades and more content on this one.
