But seriously tho I don't think things like chanting, meditation, yoga, ayurveda etc have anything to do with religion. Yes they are practices developed by certain religions, but its for a healthy mind and body and your religious background doesn't matter.
I'm hindu myself. Yoga developed alongside our civilisation which is hindu. Yoga chantings are 'Om' again hindu as well. So when you exercise yoga you do embrace its hindu roots, but again, to its core its our form of exercise. Yoga is not a form of practicing the religion itself. So that's why your religion doesn't change if you practice/don't practice yoga.

I live with 3 guys and sometimes the mess piles up so much you can't even step on the floor without stepping on some laundry or stacks of paper. The fact that there was space on his couch and bed and a virtually clean floor is pretty amazing in itself.
