My mom always critized how thin k-idols can be. Now that I've finally had time to watch 2pm members (I only knew Nickhun and Taecyeon before), I let her watch My House MV and she told me that their bodies are fine as hell. I mean, the more that I look into it, the more I realize that our idols are should not be required to look thin, but to look healthy.

I thought he meant he eats 1200 calories when he's not on a diet I was like what the fjdbdony lol but still 1200 isn't enough when you're working out that hard even if you're on a diet
I think it’s because so he can lose weight or maintain his weight but yeah I do believe it’s weird for how much he exercises the amount he eats is too little
you are right if he wantd to mantain weight now, bcs he looks fantastic now, he has to eat his full caloric intake and 1200 is to low, he has to probably heat between 2000~2800 depending on the person obviously. But yeah we dont know his goals

I cant imagine not having sodium in our meals, mainly because when we cook filipino dishes it always starts with sauteeing garlic onions sometimes with tomatoes then fish sauce/soy sauce for flavor enhancement, then sometimes we put msg as well, especially now that we're living in north america and the access for natural food flavoring are either expensive or really rare

i've made chicken breast like that before. with just oil and pan fry it. trust me it's not tasty. chicken breast taste disgusting if you just fry it without seasoning. sorry i prefer to work out a few extra calories by adding seasoning.
True Adding some seasoning like herbs does not hurt! But not the sauce. And I prefer eat boiled chicken breast than the fry one😂
But adding a little bit of salt it's fine... isn't it? I don't understand why he couldn't add it. I know a lot of sodium can make you bloated or retain liquids but it's still super important to have a healthy diet. I just don't get it haha
