The helmets the skeletons wear are not specifically inspired by Krubers or Saltzspires helmets, since those were themselves based on real life helmets. Yes, the second helmet would be classified as a sallet, specifically an Italian one (being the more common version in most European countries), because of the way the back of the helmet scoops inward to conform to the back of the head and then out slightly to protect the nape of the neck, with a more german style having a flat bottom helmet ridge, less shaping, and having the neck protection protrude further out, in some cases being an articulated “lobster tail” style piece. This may be the first time a game makes me interested in playing a minion necromancer. The idea of having minions never appealed to me. I much prefer to smack enemies myself. But this class looks so interesting and fun to play. The way you fight as usual but also combine that with minions and command them at the same time. Seems like the gameplay can have lots of layers when things get hectic. And the quality of these minions visually is impressive.
Finally we can see Kruber's mercenary band (or knight order) in action. Hopefully these boys have even a fraction of the force the great 'stached one has.
The way the skeletons work makes me hopeful for a similar ability in Darktide. I know at one point there was data suggesting Veteran might have an AI squad with them. Personally I think it would be a great ability for a Techpriest character, able to deploy a pack of servitors to aid the rejects (with talents that change the number and weapons of said servitors).
despite the obvious major increases on the third choice, I find way more success with barrow blades. im not sure why but they even survive for much longer, maybe because they aren't having prolonged fights with trash. And, with them igniting everything, Cursed Blood with Reaping on the scythe will delete entire patrols in one go, literally better than grenades. I see you personally use mace, I was using the scythe because.. well, its cool, but now im using it because I realize that its a hybrid of spear and (saltzpyre specific) greatsword. With Reaping, I can easily 3-4 tap chaos warriors from a relatively safe distance, and if I so happen to crit them with barrow blades, if ATLEAST 3 are ignited, they will all die. its so good, maybe not exactly reliable but damn getting that good ole x9 killfeed as sienna again makes me so happy
Would be great if one of your teammates dies, instead waiting for them to respawn and then try go to find them, you should have the power to resurrect them since you know your a Necromancer. Maybe for balancing purpose, the one who got resurrected can't be pick up when they are wounded instead will die immediately when his/her health bar reach zero and the team will have to wait till they respawn again and find them like normal.

MY BOY KRUBER IS GONNA HAVE TO DRINK FOR DAYS
I like to call them skellyboys
I am so excited for the dialogue
This may be the first time a game makes me interested in playing a minion necromancer. The idea of having minions never appealed to me. I much prefer to smack enemies myself.
But this class looks so interesting and fun to play. The way you fight as usual but also combine that with minions and command them at the same time. Seems like the gameplay can have lots of layers when things get hectic. And the quality of these minions visually is impressive.
The boys are back in town (and life) kruber will be happy to see them i am sure
Sienna: *Becomes a Necromancer*
Saltzpyre: HERESSSSYYYYYYYY !!!!
But then again..
Sienna: Breathes.
Saltzpyre: HERESSSSYYYYYYYY !!!!
Finally we can see Kruber's mercenary band (or knight order) in action. Hopefully these boys have even a fraction of the force the great 'stached one has.
A mod that just gives all the skeletons Kruber voices that say "I'm walkin' 'ere!"
I will name one of the jawless skeletons Sir Daniel, or Sir Dan. It's important to know our priorities.
The art design team did a fantastic job once again. And even the gameplay teams. Let's hope other departments won't fuck it up again.
Ayy got to beta test this yesterday! hope you're liking it as much as i did!
Enjoying the skeleton sunset
That ending was GOLD
I look forward to what the community does with these boney bois.
I think it's save to say that was a jawbreaking intro.
Sienna *points at slave*
Skellies: Dozer time
Spooky
Very grim, to have the fallens rest disturbed and fight alongside one like Markus
THE SKELETON APPEARS
cant wait for scary skeletons edits :)
-Kruber, you don't like me very much do you?
+I'd like you more if you stopped using my former comrades at arms remains
Thanks for this video.
Kevins. I'm calling them Kevins.
Would be great if one of your teammates dies, instead waiting for them to respawn and then try go to find them, you should have the power to resurrect them since you know your a Necromancer. Maybe for balancing purpose, the one who got resurrected can't be pick up when they are wounded instead will die immediately when his/her health bar reach zero and the team will have to wait till they respawn again and find them like normal.
love the calcium crew
My boy Jeremy bringing in da hammer
There's only one nickname befititng these lil guys.
_T H E B O Y S._
It would be cool if Kruber has new lines, in which he would ask Sienna if her skeletons stole one of his hats.
Kruber:"Hey, Sienna, I've been missing few hats lately. Did your skeletons took them by accedent?"
Sienna:"No, Kruber, no they don't took your hats. Maybe it was one of your fashion nemesis"
Saltzpyre:
0:44 Small typo bro, lv30* talents.
Great video!
Well, Morion, Kettle and Bascinet helmets were pretty common, specially the first 2 are easier to manufacture, so if the SKelly bois are unfortunate foot soldiers it makes sence they would use them
I hope one of the skellies gets named "Boney Butt" cuz that would be funny
Gonna be pretty rough having the auntie of the group be a villain in the eyes of the gang (they hate necromancers)
I propose to name the one without lower jaw „Talker” and seeing him as the calmest one, declare him the unofficial leader of the Skelybros/Skeleton Squad, with other skeletons having to Guess what he wants to say by misinterpretating his hand gestures.
Necromancery money gang
We love summoning skellies
Legalize blacklisted mods

I'm placing my bet that the Necromancer class is also a testbed for Darktide Commissar class
Kruber's Lost Battalion sounds nice to me
Now I need a mod where the charging bones use Foot Kruber's ult lines. Thanks.
Do they help you when Assassins or Hook-Rats get you?
From what I've heard, the skeletons become inert if you become disabled, so sadly, no.
@@Suiberis even if it was done for balance purposes thats extremely gay
But you can order the skeleton through walls and find the disables that way and possibly have theam atack it
Time to fight the horde with a horde of my own
Possible nicknames: Larry, Terry, Barry, Darryl and Jake.
1:55 no Jason & The Argonauts stop-motion? very sad day, but we will persevere
