I was the only person who could handle him since i known him from a young age and he trusted me. Those Royal Guards can defend themselves very well. Why worry about charging someone who doesn't live in the country? A good right cross from one of the Guards, as shown, can usually get the point across in record time. (And the horses don't take any crap either.)
It is easy to stop all of this: you just establish a security perimeter of at least 5 meters that noone can pass through, but they don't because it is bad for business. All of this is premeditated. It creates attention, free publicity. I didn't know these clown soldiers and horses existed around a place called Royal Palace before, now I know and somewhat intrigued. See? Those Royal Guards can defend themselves very well. Why worry about charging someone who doesn't live in the country? A good right cross from one of the Guards, as shown, can usually get the point across in record time. (And the horses don't take any crap either.)
It is easy to stop all of this: you just establish a security perimeter of at least 5 meters that noone can pass through, but they don't because it is bad for business. All of this is premeditated. It creates attention, free publicity. I didn't know these clown soldiers and horses existed around a place called Royal Palace before, now I know and somewhat intrigued. See?

You can expand this to any stranger really. I have zero desire to place my hands on strangers of any kind for entertainment. It's pretty universal to not touch anyone without their permission or a legitimate reason.

When I was 11 ( back in 1981) we went on a school trip to the Tower of London. One of the lads decided it would be cool to "test" to see if the Queens Guard really didn't stop. He walked in front of them and was swiftly picked up by his arm and placed to one side, the guard not missing a beat. The headmaster got a 1 second verbal 120db lashing for the lead guard. Utter humiliation. My friend got 10 of the best with the cane when back at school.
