Just a note. I switched up my morning routine for deep focus first thing in the morning. Today was the most productive day I have had in a while. I still make time for all of the other things...but I didn't feel like I was playing from behind all day. Thanks!

@@TheRossHarkness Which means it most likily has aspartame (unless it was sweetened with stevia?) - Aspartame and other artificial sweeteners are nuero toxins and long term could be worse than some sugar. Organic coffee and water are my suggestions - love your videos!
