When army recruits on caste basis then what is the problem if they face casteism when they actually enter army.
Kaha se aaye ho.Pakistan se. Indian army me caste based recruitment nahi hote. Padhe likhe ho toh dimag chalao. Nahi chala sakte h toh muh band rakho.

@@pushpindersingh8101 The regimental system of the Indian Army reflects the British colonial legacy by regiment system. Still we haven't changed it.
Although Indian army doesn't have cast based reservation system they recruits from every castes and religion and do not discriminate on the basis of these.
Britishers divided Indian people on the basis of their caste into 2 groups one is “Martial” and “non martial”.
people whose caste or tribe was suitable for fighting are classified as martial like
jats,
rajputs,
sikhs, Gurjar,
meenas
, dogras and
gorkhas etc.
as these races participated earlier in wars with Britishers or muguals
and others are non martial races.
For example you will not find Baniya or pandit regiment because they are not fighters .
Regiments name are not only based on cast names but they are broadly classified by ethinic groups , history or specific abilities of any regiment. Like
Parachute Regiment, Mechanized Infantry Regiment,
Madras Regiment,
Naga Regiment,
Grenadiers,
Maratha Light Infantry,
there are mixed regiments also ,
Mahar Regiments.
Partially mixed Regiments like Assam ,
Madras
Jammu & Kashmir regiments
Indian Army isn’t dominated by any specific caste or ethnic group. Although some regiments are named after specific groups, officers can join any regiment regardless of their background.
For example --Field marshal Sam bahadur Manek Shaw is Parsi by birth but his regiment is Sikh regiment.
The most beautiful thing about the identification system in Army is that every officer is known by his Regiment rather than his birth caste .!!!!
And most important thing ---- ill- mannered or uncivilized people are everywhere, how army can be exception. Fact is army too have these kind of incidences but less rates while comparing to civilians . Junior - senior things are very common while come to army or police or any other sector . That's the common issue Some people try to misuse thr power or rank to supress lower ones. !

Practically officer kabhi Jawan ka saath nahi deta...Lekin yeh bhi sach hai ki kuch low cast ke soldier sahayak ki duty karna chahte Hain because wo fauji ki duty Jo ki hard nature ki hoti nahi karna chate..Sub Major chutia hota hai woh officer ka hi kehna maanta hai
