No one is above the Indian constitution and the supreme court is the protector of the constitution. @@sayantannath7655 Direct court marshal is equivalent to high court. Supreme court can turn it down. Supreme court is supreme as the name suggests.

The Presidential court marshals are the utmost supreme of any law enforcement of this nation since Hon'ble President is the supreme leader... None, I repeat, none has the power to over turn the Presidential court marshals....

@@sayantannath7655 Presidents don't conduct court marshal themselves. The power is infested in the court marshal by the president. One can surely appeal to the President. No one is above the Indian constitution and the supreme court is the protector of the constitution. So in any case if there is a violation of one's constitutional rights, supreme court can overturn the ruling of a court marshal. Name suggests everything dear in democracy☺️☺️☺️
